Smooth & Buckling-Free Printing
The printing bed of F13 features fine holes that generate stable and consistent suction, keeping the film flat and preventing it from lifting or buckling during the printing work, result in smooth and high-quality transfers.
Printhead Auto-Cleaning
When printer is left on, it will automatically clean the printhead every 10 hours. If you are on vacation, please keep the printer powered on for regular self-cleaning (Consuming about 1ml ink per day.). And it is best to replace the ink cartridges with moisture-retaining cartridges.

No, the RIP software is only compatible with Windows OS, you need to install Parallels or Bootcamp on Mac to use the RIP software.
Do I need to pay for the RIP software? Can I edit my design with the RIP software？
The Pro RIP program is free, but you need to plug in the software dongle to use it. It cannot edit images - it is only for image ripping. You need to use software like Photoshop or Canva to edit your images.
